Charming Tiger Farmette

This charming 2BR/1ba farmette sits on 2.87 acres of spacious pasture, postcard views and humble abode. This Tiger farmette comes equipped with a roomy, but cozy great room with Lopi Leyden wood stove, and shiplap siding accents making for easy care and self-sustaining living. The well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, raised breakfast bar, stainless appliances and dining area opens to a full length screened porch overlooking two picturesque pastures and the babbling Tiger Creek.  The master bedroom, decorated in earthy colors and shiplap accents opens to the screened porch and cool evening breezes. A full bath with granite countertop is shared with the guest bedroom with window seat.  Beneath the living quarters are three roomy, airy stalls for the horses, a tack room with toilet and sink, a hay room that stores 100 bales of hay, a workshop and a large storage room. Access is by easy sliding doors for excellent cross ventilation. A large back yard and a 2 sided lean-to offers plenty of room for a garden or patio with fire pit. A full length carport is sufficient to cover a horse trailer and a car.

This miniature stable with picturesque pastures, modular fencing, and environmentally prescribed horse water station on the pristine creek allows the owner to customize their equestrian needs. Practical; a custom design and built for efficiency and nominal maintenance. The acreage is divided to provide the most healthful environment for the horses. There are two pastures measuring approximately an acre each, containing plenty of fescue grass.  There is a perimeter area that allows access to a carefully designed watering area.  This perimeter area allows you to pull the horses off of grassy pastures as needed

From the Owner:

These are some things I LOVE about the barn.

1) “The Barn” is perfect for entertaining.  It's an open plan so guests can go from the kitchen to the great room and dining area very easily.  The porch allows overflow of guests to a porch that provides a total view of the property and horses.

2) There are two creeks bordering the property.  You can hear Tiger Creek as you sleep in the master bedroom. The smaller creek flows continuously for the ideal watering spot.

3) There is lots of storage on both floors.

4) The three stalls are very large for the comfort of the horses.

5) There is a half bath downstairs which is convenient when riding and working with the horses.

6) The wood-burning stove has glass doors on the front. It is easy to operate and VERY efficient.

7) The kitchen has nice stainless appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher.

8) The entry leads to a set of solid wooden stairs with lots of character.
