These are some things I LOVE about the barn.

1) “The Barn” is perfect for entertaining.  It's an open plan so guests can go from the kitchen to the great room and dining area very easily.  The porch allows overflow of guests to a porch that provides a total view of the property and horses.  

2) There are two creeks bordering the property.  You can hear Tiger Creek as you sleep in the master bedroom. The smaller creek flows continuously for the ideal watering spot. 

3) There is lots of storage on both floors.  

4) The three stalls are very large for the comfort of the horses.

5) There is a half bath downstairs which is convenient when riding and working with the horses. 

6) The wood-burning stove has glass doors on the front. It is easy to operate and VERY efficient.
